Well behaved dog welcome at an extra charge of £20 to cover additional cleaning. Large kitchen, downstairs bathroom with shower, lounge and upstairs double bedroom (kingsize bed). Enclosed private shingle area outside complete with picnic table and bbq. Also full use of the field directly opposite the annex

The Studio; self contained guest house with garden

Interior designed self-contained studio with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden. Please note there is no parking at the property. Lymington Town train station is a four minute walk. There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

***** New in June 2022 ***** A fully self contained Annexe to the main house. Guest entrance and off street parking. Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

The Little House

Our home is located on the Sway/Hordle boundary 3½ miles from the market town of Lymington. The Little House makes an ideal base from which to explore the New Forest and local coastline. There are a number of local attractions to visit - including Exbury Gardens, Beaulieu Motor Museum and village, Bucklers Hard or maybe take a small boat ride over to Hurst Castle from Keyhaven. Horse riding, golf courses and nature reserves are all a short distance away.

New Forest Scandi Escape

The Onion Loft is located on the outskirts of Lymington, in the New Forest National Park. This beautiful scandi style small home is the perfect retreat for couples and families. A five minute drive to the center of Lymington or the picturesque New Forest and ten minutes away from the coastal village of Milford on Sea. You can discover the local area on foot using the network of countryside footpaths, one leads down to a great local pub, The Mill.

Yaverland Barn in the heart of the New Forest

Yaverland barn is a cosy self contained annex room with ensuite shower and kitchenette. Located in the peaceful hamlet of Tiptoe within the beautiful and picturesque New Forest. With its own entrance and space for parking, guests can guarantee a comfortable stay and enjoy watching our miniature Shetland pony and chickens. The room has a kingsized bed plus large futon bed. Suitable for 2 adults 2 children.

Shepherds' hut close to the sea and New Forest

Glamping at its best. A beautifully crafted shepherds' hut set in its own picket fenced garden. Perfectly situated within a few minutes of the beach and forest. Facilities include a fridge, microwave hob, barbeque and cosy log burner. A fully fitted shower room and a choice of double bed settee or bunks. There are riding schools and hacking centres close by. Barton on Sea golf course is a short walk away.

The Little House- between the forest and the sea

'The Little House' is a newly converted detached garage situated just outside the convenient small town of New Milton, whilst being in easy reach of Barton on Sea and many other beautiful surrounding beaches. It is 10 minutes from the New Forest where ponies and cattle roam free and 15 minutes from Lymington town. Keyhaven and Christchurch are only a short drive away and easily accessable by bike.
