The apartment is located in Kilchberg, directly on Lake Zurich with a private garden. Right across the street there are many spots with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 15 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. There are many restaurants nearby and the next grocery store is 5 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

Small flat tucked away in the centre of Horgen. Five minutes walking distance from the station/lake. View of Hotel Schwan. All amenities close by and super connections to Zürich and Zug. The apartment is cosy and light. It's divided into two rooms one for living/sleeping with two pull out sofas beds that are really, very comfortable. The other half is a kitchen space. There's a shared washing machine and dryer in the house, if needed. Longer stays preferred.

The connection to public transport is very good, so that especially the cities of Zurich, Zug and Lucerne can be reached quickly. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighbourhood and the lake is just a stone's throw away. There are the Badi, a beach volleyball court and training facilities. The apartment is furnished with high quality materials.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, aber absolut zentral: Bahnhof und Supermarkt direkt vis-à-vis, der Zürichsee nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt nahe Zürich.

Auf die andere Seeseite kommst Du bequem mit der Auto-Fähre in Meilen. Du kannst bei mir Deinen Urlaub oder Seminar-/ und Tagungsstage in angenehmer Atmosphäre verbringen. Auch nur für eine kurze Auszeit findest Du bei mir ausreichend Ruhe und Erholung.

Our recently renovated studio with lake view has a private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette. The studio is great for single travelers, couples and small families (sleeps up to 3). Free parking is available next the studio. It's 5 mins walk to shops and restaurants, 2 mins walk to the bus, 10 mins walk to Richterswil train station. Richterswil is 27 mins with train/ 25km from Zürich main station.

There are two bathrooms, one with a shove and the other one with a bathtub. Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. The bus to Zurich leaves directly outside the apartment block and there are beautiful river and forest walks nearby.
