An area of natural beauty, yet a short walk to the PYO areas, farm shop and wonderful cafe at The Gooseberry House, it has immediate access to footpaths and is ideal for walkers and cyclists. Private parking on site. Recent new kitchen area & shower fitted for guests comfort, to enable longer stays.

The Old Bakery is a luxurious self-contained cottage set in the heart of the beautiful South Downs National Park. It has been voted one of the best Air B&Bs in the UK in 2021! Guests can enjoy beautiful walks directly from the cottage or visit local villages such as Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth, Arundel, the South Coast (West Wittering) and Goodwood. You will be spoilt for choices with some excellent pubs and restaurants in the area with the fabulous Duke of Cumberland pub a short walk away.

The Woodland Zeppelin (Outdoor Bath Available April to November) This romantic spot in nature forms part of a sixty five acre woodland. Our Zeppelin landed in 2017 and has been a popular lifestyle retreat from busy lives since then. The woodland Zeppelin is located near our original rental, Airship 001, but is designed differently inside to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal.

The cottage is set in a rural location where you can look out from all rooms across the fields, spotting horses, sheep and cows. The cottage is animal and children friendly, with plenty of walks straight from the door. The living space is open planned with one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. The ground floor is all on one level suitable for wheelchair access with a ramp to the front door. Also features a large walk in bathroom on the ground floor.Lifts to and from venues available p.o.a

The Studio is surrounded by a traditional English country garden in the grounds of our Grade II listed cottage. Choose from a variety of nearby pubs & restaurants where you can enjoy liquid refreshment, lunch or an evening meal (3 of which are within walking distance). Take time out to relax in the free standing bath before, or after, a peaceful and comfortable sleep. Wake to a complimentary continental breakfast basket delivered to your door & make the most of a late morning check out.
