The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

Just a mile off of Highway 65 sits Tongue Creek Ranch. The Ranch is located in the fertile valley junction of Tongue Creek & Surface Creek. Enjoy your own private 2 bed 1 bath ranch house. Both bedrooms have a super comfy pillow top queen size bed. WIFI is a fast 1gig fiber optic line. Enjoy a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a sleeper sofa in the family room. Top of the Mesa Lookout Tower

Centrally located in the Grand Valley, on the edge of a Redlands Mesa, sits our Southwestern adobe style house. An outside staircase takes you up to the tower guest room. There is ample parking and a culdesac. It's fisherman friendly with a turn around driveway to accommodate dories or rafts. The valley is known for its orchards, wineries and vineyards. Explore the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. If you like getting away to a peaceful and quiet retreat, this is the place for you.

Elderberry's suite is a comfortable, cozy one-bedroom apartment attached to our classic 1908 farmhouse and located on a 4-acre herb farm, herbal education center in the unique creative town of Paonia. If you love nature, herbs, orchards or vineyards, you'll feel right at home here. Minnesota creek runs through the farm; we are right on the edge of town, adjacent to Juniper & Sage hills with views of beautiful snow-capped mountains . And ... we have decent fiber internet for Zooming!
