This studio space is all fresh and new, located in west Hancock. Parking is easily accessible with a ground floor entryway. Downtown Hancock and Houghton are just minutes away. Located near the Hancock beach. If you aren't a camper but enjoy the day activities come and stay with all the luxuries of home. Studio size kitchen and a king size bed. We just added a heater/ air conditioner that is adjustable by the guest. The feedback has been great!

This apartment is a lower level unit with access to a shared laundry room just outside the apartment. The front door to the building is secure and then apartment 2 is just inside. This is part of a building with 9 units. The building is pretty quiet but it is near a street that can be busy at times. Walking distance to downtown area as long as you don't mind walking hills!
