Guests can enjoy all the privacy of their own space and if needed, use the communal guest kitchen to cook or help themselves to a huge selection of Herbal teas, Coffee and Standard Tea - all of which is unlimited. The guest Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can think of and is exclusively for guest use. There is a separate lounge for guests to relax in - meet other guests or have a few relaxing drinks before heading out for dinner. We are within easy reach of many hot spots, entertainment, recreation venues, and over 40 food places including coffee shops, a diverse range of restaurants, and great eateries. We are close to the two major Shopping centres and transport Hubs in east and South Auckland being Botany Town Centre, Westfield Manukau Shopping Centre, The Manukau and Botany Bus Stations and the Manukau Train Station. All of these are within a 10-15 minute drive or take the local bus ( Bus Route 355) to either centre. Barry Curtis Park, a 94-hectare leisure and nature park, offers comprehensive sports fields, walk and cycling tracks and a large skate park. We are a 15-20min drive from the airport. Pick up and drop off can be arranged. This is a super large room featuring a Queen Size bed, with walk in wardrobe storage, and your own private well appointed bathroom, The bathroom (shower, toilet, vanity) has all the modcons, fresh towels, shampoos and NZ liquid soap for the man and woman, experience the luxurious shower, with the wide rain shower head - Bliss. Lovely villa close to Ponsonby Rd and City. Light filled, sunny room, moved from another property in Freemans Bay(see reviews) so know and love the area. A perfect spot for exploring the city, and catching the ferries to Waiheke Island and Devonport also a good setting off point to visit other parts of New Zealand. All the Restaurants and Bars of Ponsonby Rd five minutes walk away also public transport to Town and the Wynyard Quarter. We are a friendly relaxed couple who enjoy meeting people.

Queen sized bed, room and bathroom is upstairs. You are welcome to store your food in the kitchen and use the microwave and kettle. Tea, coffee to help yourself. This location is also convenient for the shops and restaurants in Parnell. In addition, Auckland University, Spark Arena, and Auckland Museum are within easy reach.
