We have done our upmost to ensure you have a wonderful relaxing stay. Within walking distance to lovely bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk from the coastal walk. In one direction we have Royal Liverpool Golf Club and West Kirby beach, a 5-10 minute drive and in the opposite direction is New Brighton promenade, bustling with bars restaurants,fair, theatre and bowling alley. Or jump a bus to Liverpool City Centre right outside.

Also within a 5 min walk is a train station with trains to Liverpool (waterfront, arena etc) each 20 mins (20min train journey). There are 2 good sized and charming double bedrooms, & a single. Our houseboat is a unique experience Nestled in the heart of the city centre at Liverpool Marina Yacht Club . Excellent public transport options at your doorstep and a wealth of bars, restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. We have: Free WiFi All towels provided And a welcome pack provided also We have a comfortable sitting area with leather furniture. Two really comfortable beds with smart tv's and Netflix in all rooms. Can be met at the boat or self to check in.

Beautiful walks from the door onto Thurstaston Common, Royden Park. Regular local bus and train services into Liverpool.

A peaceful retreat in a stunning setting

The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.
