First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. This Wonderful home on Webster is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage home with 2 queen beds that share a hall bath on the main floor with the living room, kitchen and dining area. Upstairs is a private King Suite with cozy bed, ensuite bathroom as well as a quiet place to read a book or utilize the desk to get some work done. Out the back door is a large fire-pit, patio with a few chairs, and all surrounded with a fence for privacy. Beyond the fence is a driveway for up to 4 vehicles.

There is plenty of land to enjoy a walk, play games, star gaze, or start the firepit in our quaint tree grove. Although located *RIGHT ON* 75 hwy, the trees offer some seclusion from the highway. Very convenient for visiting the local lakes, traveling through, or just wanting to get out of the city.
