Your visit to Iceland will be a brease with this house as basecamp. This unike propety is clouse to evrything on the south coust . The "Old house" is in the center of evrything on Southwest part of Iceland. You have Geysir and Gullfoss about 40min away, the Seacret lagoon 10min, Laugarás lagoon is 20min and Friðheimar 35min away. The national park Þingvellir is about 45min from us. Mt.Hekla is in plain sight and the river Hvítá, glaiserriver from the waterfall Gullfoss runs by the house.

Lítið snyrtilegt hús í fögru umhverfi. Eldunaraðstaða með ísskáp og vaski. Baðherbergi og sturta í sér herbergi. Gott hús fyrir einstakling eða par. Hitað með rafmagni og er hlýtt og snyrtilegt. Sundlaugar í 10km fjarðlægð, bæði á Flúðum og Reykholti. Verslanir bæði í Reykholti og Flúðum . Beautiful 40m2 cottage for 2 people, great view to mountains and northern lights (Aurora Borealis) in winter. This home includes 1 living room , 1 bedroom (default double beds) and 1 bathroom with shower. In the kitchen is a Nespresso machine, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and kitchenware. Featuring a terrace with mountain views and a hot tub. In the house is a smart TV. The unit has a bed that can both be double and twin, double is default but make twin for a request.

Our newly renovated cottage is in the centre of the golden circle overlooking the Tungufljót river. There are spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and glaciers from the house. The house is a perfect base from which to explore the fantastic sights the golden circle and the surrounding area has to offer. All the main attractions such as Geysir (less than 10 mins drive), Gullfoss (under 20 min) and Thingvellir (about 40 min) are easy to get to from the cottage.
