Cabin 2: Our RECENTLY renovated 40-foot container cabin - with a shower, A/C, and wood-fired hot tub - is set on a stream/waterfall and 20 acres of wilderness. Warm in winter and cool in the summer, enjoy the Solo fire ring on the deck, gas grill, La Colombe coffee, and hammock. The cabin is two hours north of NYC, with a refrigerator, Wifi, propane, furnace, and wood stove. Woodstock, Kingston, the Hudson River and hiking trails 15 min away.

Escape to Germantown, explore the farm’s 200-acres and visit the horses. they love carrots and visitors! Bright and airy open floor plan loft in Germantown, NY. Once an apple storage barn, this recently remodeled loft features two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, beautiful original pine floors, gas fireplace, central air, cook’s kitchen, and a large outdoor deck overlooking open fields and a pond. We are dog friendly up to 2 dogs. There is a $50.00 fee per dog. NO CATS.

Walk the property, with its big open field, an organic orchard, walking paths, and flower gardens. A large private pond is swimmable (after heavy rains it does get muddy). The Barn has central heat and air conditioning. A full bathroom features an antique bathtub. Enjoy dining inside, or outdoor grilling and dining.

Wake to forest views in a modern A-frame with 2 bedrooms, including a cozy loft. Hike nearby trails, soak in the cedar hot tub, or visit local breweries. In summer, barbecue or gather at the fire pit; in winter, warm up by the wood stove on the 2-acre Catskills property. Note: Guests must be 13 or older, and all teenagers must be listed on the reservation. Pets are welcome with prior approval, agreement to pet rules, and payment of the pet fee. The cottage is equipped with a stone fireplace, spacious kitchen, living room area, table for dining and working, and a sleeping loft. During the summer, a private salt water pool is available.
