Goosewing Cottage Hunter Valley

Our Cottage is fully self-contained, architect-designed and immaculately presented. Please note, to minimise cost for only 2 guests, we close off the 2nd room with ensuite, when not in use so you don't pay for what you don't need. A $120 surcharge is in place for 1 couple or 2 singles travelling together and needing the 2nd bedroom, so kindly inform us if this is the case. The surcharge does not apply for 3 or 4 guest bookings. Please see Goosewing Homestead, for our larger dwelling with pool.

Dark Horse provides stylish self-contained villa accommodation near forest and beaches on the stunning Barrington Coast, NSW. Set on our 10 acre farm on the site of an old dairy, we've built a unique one bedroom retreat including some of the original timbers to create an airy open plan space opening onto views of the small valley and paddocks, picking up the sea breezes. The historical town of Wollombi is a short country drive. We are only 400 metres to access a section of the Great North Walk where you can walk to the top of the mountain or further. Bring your mountain bikes to enjoy a quiet easy ride through this spectacular pastural valley.

We have 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, one which splits into two singles.

The Stables, a secluded 1 bedrooom retreat, is situated on 2.5 acres in the semi-rural area of Holgate on the Central Coast of NSW (approx. 1 hour north of Sydney). Great base for exploring the Hunter vineyards, attending concerts, bushwalking or just relaxing and watching cows wander past.
