The carriage house is bright & cozy with lovely views & private patio - great for nature watching. We live in the adjacent converted barn. 3 miles from historic Frenchtown on the Delaware River, close to Bucks County with a great variety of restaurants, miles of towpath & old river towns to explore.

Truly a one of a kind accommodation, our location offers you both the convenience of a short walk to town, and the serenity and beauty of Delaware River living. Your weekend getaway occupies over 600 square feet , boasts a river view balcony, two tv's, internet and off street parking... Two night minimum, no pets, and while we do not have a kitchen there is a refrigerator, microwave and please do enjoy a cup of coffee on us.

You can kayak on the river or bike on the trail. Visit New Hope, Lambertville and Frenchtown! *********There is a kitchen but no stove. There’s a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and a gas grill outside. Enjoy the ping pong table and wood burning pit outside too.
