It has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.
