Part of a 5,100sf estate on nearly 1 acre, you'll be all smiles as you pull into the private, gated driveway of this 1,000 square foot guest house in the heart of Hurricane, UT. Close to shopping, restaurants, and everything outdoors, this home features a fully stocked kitchen, living room, laundry and master bedroom w/king size bed. Lounge by the pool and spa and fire up the BBQ. There is plenty of space to park your bikes and there is a washing station to clean them off after a fun days ride.

Recently built BNB added behind a 1921 pioneer home. Clean, cozy. 2 bedroom 2 bath tub/ shower combo, full kitchen, dining and living room. Each bedroom includes a queen bed, seperate heating/cooling system, full closets. Master bedroom has its own bathroon, TV, and walk out door to a patio with a view of the valley. The living area has vaulted ceilings, cozy fold out queen bed ,TV, guest ammenities area. Large Kitchen with full size appliances, fully stocked, (see pictures) washer/dryer

Cozy Cottage near Zion National Park.

Our Cozy Cottage is down a long driveway next to our quiet orchard. We have made it wheelchair accessible, with a large shower with two Nebia shower heads, support bars and a shower chair. There are no stairs. It is new, as of September 2020. Living area has a comfortable couch, table and chairs. The kitchen is full and complete. Full size washer and dryer. There are motion sensor light above the wide sidewalk to the front door. We have a keyless pad entry lock. Lovely farming community.

The Farmhouse Flat will captivate you with it's country charm. This separate one-bedroom, fully equipped casita is located on a 5 acre parcel in the secluded, quiet, agricultural area of Hurricane. This unit is close to Sand Hollow State Park, 35 minute drive to Zion National Park and near many hiking, biking, and off-roading trails. Park and ride to trails from here as there is parking for trailers. Enjoy a relaxing outdoor living space with a jacuzzi, firepit, barbeque and lounge chairs.

There are great views to the south and hiking all around. Includes a back Deck with HOT TUB, grill, fire table and seating right off the master suite!

Escape to this peaceful two-story cottage, accessed via a private driveway behind the main house. The gated yard has a playground, gazebo, fire pits, hot tub, picnic area, and dog run. A hot plate is provided, but no stove. Upstairs features a bedroom with a queen and double bed, plus cots. The ground floor includes a full bathroom, a kitchen with essential appliances, and a pullout sofa bed facing a large flat-screen TV.
