Cozy as a trip to your Grandma's house, you will cherish your time spent in our yard filled with fruit and nut trees, flowers and our large grassy play area. Plus the splash pad and pickle ball courts are a short walk away!

This space is a walkout basement of our home & has a keyless entry, 2 bedrooms, each with a 55 inch TV, kitchenette, sitting area with a 65 inch TV, large washer and dryer & a 2 room bathroom. Outside is gas fire pit & Blackstone grill. It is designed for up to 4 persons. Sorry, no smoking or pets.

Our Cozy Cottage II is down a long driveway next to our quiet orchard. We have made it wheelchair accessible, with a large shower with two Nebia shower heads, support bars and a shower chair. The kitchen is full and complete. Full size washer and dryer. There are motion sensor lights above the front door. We have a keyless pad entry lock. Lovely farming community.
