Walking around the farm, you can meet our beloved animals like “Sweetheart”, the donkey and share some time with the horses, Daisy, Sundance and Splash (and more!) — who are our guests, too. Welcome to Nova Beach Cottage, the guest house on the oceanfront estate of famous sculptor, Mihai Popa, a.k.a. “Nova”. Located on the south tip of North Hutchinson Island directly next to the Fort Pierce Inlet State Park. Garden and beach path a few steps from the cottage. Screened patio from bedroom.

This cozy houseboat is located at Sunset Bay Marina & Anchorage in Stuart, FL. A short 5-minute walk takes you to Historic Down Town Stuart and all of its fabulous shops and restaurants. Here at the marina, we have Sailors Return restaurant and Gilbert's Coffee Bar to satisfy any craving you have. Martin County’s beautiful beaches are just 6 miles away. Two bicycles are at your disposal for enjoyable rides.

The Boathouse

This cottage is a little gem we call "The Boathouse" at 2waterview. Its uniqueness comes from being so close to the river and having waterfront from three sides. From every room you will have a river view looking in either direction and be only steps from it, which is breathtaking. *** Our only request is that our guests do not bring a pet, as I am highly allergic to dogs and cats.***
