Η μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Ικάριο πέλαγος θα σας βοηθήσει να χαλαρώσετε και να απολαύσετε την διαμονή σας, αξιοποιώντας την με όποιο τρόπο επιθυμείτε. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, καταστήματα, μπαρ καθώς και παραλίες όπως μεσαχτη, λιβάδι και φυσικά Αρμενιστής!

Τo διαμέρισμα Άλκηστις που βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο, είναι ένα μοντέρνο, ανακαινισμένο, αυτόνομο διαμέρισμα με μαγευτική θέα και σε απόσταση 30 μ. από την παραλία και τις ιαματικές πηγές.
