A recently built 3-4 bedroom home, with a garden, in the heart of the village of Nas, famed for its beautiful beach, with incredible sunsets, and excellent restaurants. This luxurious house has a panoramic position, overlooking the beach and the remains of the ancient temple of Artemis, and faces west, with uninterrupted views over the Aegean. There is plenty of space to relax, or enjoy the beach, and the wonderful hiking nearby, or use it as a base for exploring the fascinating island.

"Metochi" - Secluded Little Shelter

The tastefully decorated traditional Ikarian shepherd's hut is situated in the middle of nature and offers amazing sea and mountain view. It's an ideal spot to find your peace and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located in the village of Agios Dimitrios (Raches), which is less than a 15-minute drive to Messakti beach. It's highly recommended to have a car to explore the island. The road leading from the village to the house is 1km of dirt road, but accessible with any type of car.

It can be rented separately, since it has a private entrance and the internal staircase can be closed off. It can also be rented in combination with the upper floor apartment of the maisonette, which sleeps 4 additional persons, and consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
