Located in Rexburg, Idaho’s only tiny home community, this 250sqft house has quick access to local favorites: Big Jud’s Burgers, The White Sparrow Country Store, Heise Hot Springs and Zip Lining, Kelly Canyon Ski Resort and Yellowstone Bear World. It is only 15 minutes from BYU Idaho and an hour and a half away from Yellowstone National Park. Included in your stay is a washer/dryer combo, a projector, Starlink WiFi and more. This tiny home may be small but will give you a memorable experience!

Welcome to your fabulous suite just steps from the Greenbelt Riverwalk! This place has it all including: A King memory foam bed, 12" Waterfall Shower, comfy futon, 55" Smart TV w/ Fiber internet, Washer & Dryer, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Dishwasher & Fireplace. Enjoy all downtown has to offer on foot just outside your door. The Temple is one block away and the Family Genealogy Center just across the street. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a fold out queen. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio & fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We allow 1 dog but … see below.

We have our famous little Borrow Barn with a wide variety of indoor and outdoor games, plus bicycles and pedal boats on The Pond— all complementary for all guests. We use only eco-sensitive products at our Inn— it’s too pretty and serene here to do otherwise.

The main tudor cottage style home was built in 1925 on a large corner lot and the property features mature, established gardens. While many guests come to us by-way of a jumping off point to places like nearby Yellowstone and Teton National Park, we want your stay with us to feel like a destination unto itself!
