Trattasi di un tipico casale romagnolo dell inizio ‘900, immerso nelle colline romagnole tra Forlì e Cesena. A 40km dalla riviera romagnola, ci si trova immersi nel pieno delle colline verdi e soleggiate dove oltre a rilassarsi nella piscina a disposizione( apertura estiva stagionale),si possono praticare diverse attività all’aperto, tra le quali il trekking, le escursioni in bici e tanto altro. Si trova in pieno centro medievale all'ingresso dell'antico ghetto ebraico, accanto al voltone del Palazzo Manzoli-Malvasia con il suo caratteristico mascherone, in una delle zone più suggestive della città, a soli 100 mt. dalle Due Torri e a due passi dalle principali vie dello shopping bolognese.
