It’s just 5 minutes to the hospital and close to 4th Ave and Ave "A". Short-term or long-term stays are always welcome! Located in a residential neighborhood with a parking space inside the property. We allow 1 pet (dog) under 40 lbs only. Currently, we are not accepting bookings with CATS. Pet fees and restrictions apply.

The studio is behind the main house and is completely private and detached from the main house. It is quiet and cozy and was remodeled in September 2018. It includes WiFi, expanded cable TV, NetFlix, and Hulu on a smart TV. The kitchen has new cabinets and countertops, a farm sink, over-the-range microwave, an oven and stove, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots and pans, dishes, bowls, glasses, etc. New steel exterior door was installed is very secure. Non-smoking only.
