Newly constructed cottage, no corners cut here. The exterior was done in a spruce wood siding, while the interior was done in a local spruce shiplap, white washed for a soft appearance. The cottage is clean, decorated with old and new so that it maintains that cozy feel. The fireplace adds a warm ambiance. You have access to hiking trails across the island, where you may come across Foxes, Caribou, Whales or Icebergs depending on the time of year. Don't forget to visit the Newfoundland ponies.

Watch the whales & icebergs while sipping your morning brew on the patio overlooking the ocean. Partake in hiking trails to Kings Cove Lighthouse, enjoy a scenic drive to Cape Bonavista Lighthouse, The Dungeon & the amazing roots cellars in Elliston. Be sure to also take in the nearby community of Keel's where you can enjoy Maude’s Tea Room, Clayton’s Chip Truck & the amazing beaches.

This property is located in a historic Bonavista neighbourhood, known as Canaille, which was known for public houses and the fishing class. Many homes in this area of town were constructed before roads. This is why the narrow laneways snake and wave around the homes today.
