Second floor of an 1865 Tin shop, industrial building. High, open beam ceilings & exposed brick walls. Bathroom features a soaker tub plus a lux walk in shower. The kitchen features quartz counters, a large farmhouse sink, really nice appliances and thoughtful touches everywhere. The wifi is excellent. Have issues with stairs? This is not a good choice for you. If you're up for stairs and want a unique slice of history in a hip package then you will not be disappointed.

The Cottage by the Woods

This small but newly renovated Cottage by the Woods offers a peaceful country alternative to an airbnb stay. The cottage is lightly decorated for seasonal transitions. It is located 15 minutes from downtown Madison, IN. A partial wrap around deck allows for a tranquil cup of coffee while bird watching. Free WiFi and Roku TV is provided along with other small amenities including various flavored coffee's for your morning cup of joe and a waffle making station.

Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

The Boho Bungalow is an updated 1920's bungalow with plenty of traditional charm. Wood floors, built ins and vintage kitchen make it cozy and welcoming. It's perfect for traveling professionals or families needing short term housing while visiting the Elkhart/South Bend area. It is one block from Main Street, featuring so many charming shops, restaurants, and historic buildings Madison is famous for. Three blocks from the mighty Ohio. A short five-minute drive from Clifty Falls State Park. We fell in love with Madison and know you will, too.
