Our lovely farmhouse is minutes from Lake Lemon, Griffey Lake, Indiana University & many spots in Bloomington. Conveniently not far from I-69, we're 20 minutes away from Nashville. This is a basement apartment with private bedroom, private bathroom, large living/dining area, & kitchenette. Shared front door & ~10 steps inside main floor. The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch.

Peaceful & Luxurious Suite

Our guest suite is close to Indpls--approx. 20 min from downtown. You’ll love our place because of the quiet & serene environment that's just outside of the city. We sit on an acreage close to the I70/Mt Comfort Road Exit making for quick access to and from the interstate. Our suite is in the front corner of our home. It has a private entrance with porch. It looks out into a garden that has a pond with fountain along with seating under a pergola. It has high ceilings and is very spacious.

A farmhouse suite welcomes you! Enjoy a stay in a large private guest suite on the 2nd floor of our historic farmhouse. You'll enjoy a relaxed haven that feels like the country, inside the city! Only 5 minutes from shopping, parks, trails, restaurants, library and 15 minutes from downtown. Enjoy park-like setting, use of pool during Summer (shared), and large yard. 2nd bedroom available for add'l $. We will rotate pool use if other guests are here. No pool parties. Private Cottage in Gated Nudist Community

We offer a private cottage on the grounds of Lake O the Woods Club. Cottage has Queen size bed, air conditioning, heater, refrigerator, microwave, TV, coffee maker, work/dining area, private deck and porta-potty. Payment of club daily grounds fee ($30-$60) is mandatory. Pricing on club website. There is no running water in the cottage. Bathrooms, showers, hot tub, sauna and swimming pool are available at the clubhouse and pool area . The cottage is sanitized after every rental.

Cozy Pool House in the Country on 25 acres

The pool house is close to Muncie, Indiana and Ball State and Taylor Universities. We are also only about 5 miles from Barn on Boundary and have hosted several wedding parties. You’ll love our place because of the location, it feels like a secluded lodge. The timber frame structure is unique and has all the comforts of home. It has a very open floor plan and is very quiet and peaceful. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (dogs).
