Enjoy sitting on the deck with its great views to the city and Mt Cootha. The house is comfortable, pet friendly and suitable for all with a fully fenced garden and a ping pong table!

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

This property is suitable for home quarantine as there are no shared areas and a separate entry from the street.
