Beautiful self catering one bedroom flat, overlooking Loch Linnhe. Situated on the A82, on the south side of Fort William, Etive has everything you will need, for a comfortable stay in the outdoor capital of the U.K. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, lounge with leather suite and smart tv, wi-fi. We are on the edge of Glen Duror with plenty of forest walks from your door or just relax and watch the Red Squirrels in the garden. Route 78 cycle path is nearby and many Munros are on the doorstep. The Cubby. Large private double Room and en-suite.

We are situated in Roy Bridge 15 mins outside Fort William, (12 miles) close to amenities and a short walk to the train station. The perfect base to explore the Highlands. The room has a private entrance separate from the main house. The en-suite bathroom is located downstairs. Upstairs there is a loft bedroom with double bed along with tea and coffee making facilities, tv with Netflix and fridge. The perfect base for all outdoor pursuits with maximum privacy in a beautiful, peaceful setting.

The Cabin, Rannoch Station

Located at Rannoch Station on the edge of Rannoch Moor in the Scottish Highlands one of Europe's last wilderness areas. Breakfast basket provided inc tea, coffee, bread, eggs, milk, butter, jam and porridge. Wood burning stove ensures you are warm and snug whatever the weather - fuel free of charge. Perfect for walking, kayaking, cycling, climbing the many hills and mountains in the area or simply relaxing for a few days and enjoying the nature. Overnight sleeper is a great transport option.

The View@Redcastle

Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. With boundless bird life including Osprey, the gardens make an ideal spot for birdwatching. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. Here you will find bespoke shopping, restaurants along with the historic Priory.

High quality, spacious pod on the River Lochy with views of Ben Nevis and Aonach Mor (Nevis Range). Space for up to 4 people (double bed on mezzanine floor and sofa bed on ground floor). Bathroom (full shower) and kitchen facilities including a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. **Please note - there is NO COOKER or HOTPLATE Free parking on-site. Decked area with picnic bench. Fort William is the Outdoor Capital of the UK so you'll never be stuck for things to do in the area.

Ness-side Hideaway, Inverness + Breakfast

'Ness-side Hideaway' is tucked away in a small peaceful hamlet of only 6 homes. Only 2.7 miles to the city centre / train stn & a mere stone's throw away from picturesque River Ness. Perfectly positioned for trips to Fort William/Skye/Oban without having to go through the city centre. Tesco supermarket/petrol station is handy too, as it's only a 5 minute walk. Raigmore Hospital is 4.1miles away (11mins by car). **FREE ON-SITE PARKING**

Seventh Heaven

This is an immaculate self contained studio attached to the main house, with a walk in wet room and a jacuzzi bath. There is a kitchenette area which consists of a kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, fridge and microwave. It is fully equipped but there is no cooker, however there are lots of good restaurants in the nearby town. The accommodation is located 10 minutes from Fort William town centre and has a panoramic view of Ben Nevis.

1 bedroom guest house with wood fired hot tub

The guest house has a double bed with en suite with a separate living area, with sofa, TV and table for 2. The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores! There is a kitchenette with breakfast provisions for your stay. A wood fired hot tub and private gated garden with stunning rural views is for your sole use. License no ST000931F
