Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Be the firsts to stay in this brand new build with brand new appliances and a very comfortable perfect wool fleece Queen bed in the ensuite with a walk in wardrobe. There other bedrooms consists of 6 king singles which can be combined to form a split super king bed. A generous size Heating warms the entire house and individual heaters are also located in each room.

The Waihopai Suite

The Waihopai suite is a lovely rural escape at the edge of Invercargill. Your unit is attached to our home but very private. Situated at Millton Park Estate, boasting vast established gardens and a large pond. Wake up to a garden view with wondering ducks, bunnies and the sound of native birdsong. Enjoy private access, free parking, quality bedding, ensuite, TV, wardrobe and kitchenette facilities (not a full kitchen). Feel free to explore the surrounding grounds and gardens while you are here

Sunny and stylish second storied apartment with full kitchen and balcony views. The 2nd story apartment is self contained and includes a wet floor shower and all day sun. Set in the leavy suburb of Gladstone it is only a few minutes to the Waihopai River walkway, the award winning Queens Park and 5 mins to central Invercargill. The Gladstone shopping centre is just around the corner and boasts a petrol station, takeaway shop and Pharmacy. Fine dining is located 5 minutes from the apartment.

Beautiful character place with all the modern conveniences. 3 bedrooms with an upstairs loft that provides an extra sleeping space with a queen bed and a bonus second lounge area. There is also a sleepout attached to the garage (bedroom 5) although this room will only be available for bookings of 7+. There are two bathrooms as Master has an ensuite. Plenty of off-street parking and located close to supermarkets, food outlets etc. Guests will have this fabulous house all to themselves.

The Nest, Tiny House sanctuary near Riverton

Tucked away at the edge of an idyllic pond, The Nest is purpose built, premium accommodation which offers tranquility, relaxation, and ample bird watching. Private beach access is just 500m walk away. This Tiny House boasts sunny outlooks over our dairy farm, with ample outdoor space and an outdoor bath and BBQ to enjoy. The historic Templeton Flaxmill Museum is also on the property. Riverton township is just 5 minutes drive and offers great local dining options, art and surf spots.

Waterfront Cottage Bluff

Waterfront Cottage is a beautifully restored 1920s 3-bedroom bungalow 25 metres from the ocean. The cottage has just undergone a full update including double glazing, new carpets and a new heat pump insuring a warm comfortable stay regardless of the weather. There is high speed fibre internet that can be boosted to over 1000mbs if required for work stays and a 50inch TV in the lounge area. Both the master bedroom and the lounge feature unobstructed views out over the water.

Lovely renovated villa, 5 minute walk to Queens Parks, golf, river walk & dining. This home is located in a nice leafy suburb. Forget your worries in this spacious, serene space with private back yard. Close to all Invercargill has to offer. Two spacious bedrooms, one king bed the other queen. Tiled bathroom, gas hotwater, shower & lovely deep bath. Two heatpumps and a fire to keep you toasty. For those warmer days bi fold doors open on to a deck with outdoor furniture.

You have your own self contained unit with living, small kitchenette (toaster, kettle, microwave), two bedroom and bathroom. An outdoor patio looking out to the vegetable garden and lawn. Continental breakfast included. Portacot available on request. Family friendly. 5 min drive to Windsor, 10 min to city centre. Two parks within 5 min drive or 20 min walk.

Plum Tree Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this cosy 100 year old completely restored fisherman’s cottage. Situated in a peaceful semi rural area but within minutes of Riverton town centre. Stunning ever changing lagoon views with great sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen. Gas barbecue. Heat pump and double glazed windows. Gas hot water system ensures plenty of hot water. Within walking distance of Aparima Restaurant & Bar. While pet friendly the garden is not fenced off.
