Our stone house is at Melissaki, 3.5km of dirt road (13min) from the port of Kea. It is the lower house of a complex of two separate houses with astonishing view of the sea and a marvelous sunset! You can find calmness and quietness in a typical picturesque landscape full of unique sent of wild bushes and especially thyme. Vourkari, full of excellent restaurants, taverns and bars, is 15min away, Ioulida, (capital of the island) is 30min away and the beautiful beach of Xyla is 3km away.

In the small village of Milopotamos there is our two-floor traditional house of 160m2. A strategic spot in Kea close to the main road connecting the port of Kea to the old town (Hora). Cozy rooms inside and lots of outside spaces to relax. The house is ideal for a family or a group of friends. Xyla Beach Studio 3 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. The design of house follows the local architectural elements, while their construction combines minimalism with luxury. From the terrace you can access the shared pool of the complex as well as enjoy the marvelous sea view and the sunset. The house is located 15 minutes by car from the port through 4,5km of dirt road.

We describe our space as liberating the spirit in combination with beauty, AEGIAN magnificent views and joy. Specifically, the visitor will see a Cycladic beautiful and functional house of 17 square meters. .Access to the house up to halfway can be done by car and after on foot along a uphill path in about 10 minutes, (closed shoes, or sneakers would help).
