Approached by a long private driveway and surrounded by open fields, access to the accommodation is via the external staircase. Donkeys Rosie and Mollie and the sheep roam peacefully in the adjoining meadows. The Cartlodge makes an ideal base for exploring the countryside with the market town of Woodbrige and and the popular Sutton Hoo site just 10 miles away.

The Blackhouse Boatshed is a stylish new small house boasting stunning panoramic views over the boatbuilding and sailing hamlet of Pin Mill and the famous Butt and Oyster pub. The Hideaway is the perfect retreat from which to explore historic Pin Mill and the Shotley Peninsula, unwind with beautiful walks, bird watching and good food at the local pub or find a quiet workspace within a private garden surrounded by wildlife. The Hideaway is set across a private road from the main house and is 150m from the River Orwell. Walks in the AONB and National Trust-owned woods and heathland are on your doorstep. The Butt & Oyster pub is a few minutes walk away.

Willow Lodge, a most peaceful retreat

This is a perfectly cosy, self contained detached space in the county of Suffolk. It is a two mile distance from Ipswich train station and a few minutes stroll to parks and local amenities. There are lovely walks and cycle rides to surrounding villages and historic market towns like Colchester, Hadleigh, Kersey Lavenham and Woodbridge. The coast (Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh, Frinton, Felixstowe, Clacton, and Lowestoft) are all a comfortable 30 - 45 minutes drive.

A spacious 3 bed terraced house in a quiet residential street ten minutes from Christchurch park and fifteen minutes from Ipswich town centre. As is normal nowadays, the house has unlimited wi-fi and all you would expect in a modern house. Tea, Coffee, Sugar is always provided. We live just round the corner, please if anything in regards to cleaning or other problems are seen of concern please let me know as soon as possible and we’ll resolve things immediately.

Great little studio apartment, bus stop outside the property with good access to Ipswich and Felixstowe, we are located within a 2 minute drive to Trinity park Showground, a 10 minute drive to Ipswich hospital, BT Martlesham, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, 5 minute drive to Levington marina, there are many restaurants, pubs and cafes all within a short drive away, For people who enjoy walking in the countryside, we have some lovely areas around us to explore.

The Cart Lodge

This rustic self contained apartment situated above a Cart Lodge. Accessed by steps (they are quite steep so probably not suitable for someone infirm), it is one large room with a king size bed, a lovely wood burning stove (wood provided), a well equipped kitchen area with dining table and chairs, a sofa and large TV/dvd/radio/cd. There is a small shower room at the end. There are a selection of DVDs and magazines for your use. There is no WiFi.

Spacious 2Bed/2Bath-Town Centre

This bright and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is on the first floor of a modern town centre, residential building with on site secure free parking. It’s located in the heart of Ipswich where you will find plenty of cafes, restaurants and independent shops. The Waterfront is also just a short walk away. Ipswich train station providing quick access to London, Norwich, Felixstowe and the Suffolk countryside is just a 15 minute walk.
