This is a central Cedar City location close to I-15, downtown & trails. Brian head, Zions and Saint George are all 40 minutes away. This is a new build and has never had a permanent resident and has all new furnishings and quality finishes. You will be pleased with the cleanliness of this property. The Southview trail is only about 100 yards from the front door and is paved for bicycles, running or walking and the C Trailhead is also only about 200 yards from the unit it is dirt.

Unit includes a fire place, deck, grill and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a shuttle pick up just steps away from the deck.

There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. Located across from the Lyons park and in walking distance to city pool and fairgrounds. (Iron County Fair). I love the fact that the fireworks go off in my front yard and I can walk to all the parades..
