This unique custom-built cottage is a Lord of the Rings hot spot! 5 minute drive from historic downtown, Near Three Peaks recreation area. This is a safe, cozy spot to rest from your adventures. Plenty of close hiking, dining, Shakespeare festivals, shops, yoga studios, lakes, streams and the beauty of all 4 seasons. It's nestled in the back yard. 1900 sq. ft. seperate entry basement apartment. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Close to freeway, gas, shopping, hiking and restaurants. PET friendly. PLEASE READ OTHER DETAILS for pet instructions. DO NOT LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED Zion National Park is 1.5 hours from our location. Kolob is also a part of Zion. It's 30 minutes from us but does not access Zion National Park. Within two miles of SUU and Shakespeare Festival. There is a small park a few doors down. It is great for kids and pets.

The Bunkhouse

Get away from it all when you stay in a fun, renovated outbuilding on a farm. Enjoy lots of open space and nature on 20 acres. Access to trails for ATV's, horses, and biking. Amenities include a fire pit with firewood provided where you can enjoy roasting marshmallows and hotdogs. Located near Cedar City where you can be a part of the festivals provided by the city. Located near several national parks including Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon. We also have a corral for horse boarding.
