We have full power generator and water cistern. The hot tub maximum temperature is 85 degrees, if power goes out it will take time to warm up again.

The apartment is steps away from a Caridad Pharmacy, a parking garage, various restaurant chains and the beach is less than a three min walk. Power outages are common in PR because of the rebuilding of the electrical grid. NO refunds will be issued.
