The apartment is on a top floor 1880 building, NO ELEVATOR (travel light), the location is on the centre of Siracusa (5 min walk from Ortigia and the other amenities of the town) bars restaurants and small and big supermarkets are walking distance (maximum 5 min) . There's one bed room (ask if you need a baby bed) with a double queen size bed. One spacious bathroom and a kitchen. A full furnished apartment with everything you need, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine dishes. The terrace has a unique view, perfect for dinners and an aperitivo at sunset. Over looking on the small bay the east view and the west view overlooking on the mountains, if you're lucky you'll be able to see the Volcano Etna. I use to live on the same floor, in another apartment at the next door Archeological park is 10 min walk, the bus station and train station are 5 min walk, beach and historical sites in less then 10 min walk.

A due passi dall'incantevole baia della Pillirina, nel cuore della Penisola della Maddalena, dove si trova l'Area Marina protetta del Plemmirio, è collocata la Casa di Ludovica. Da qui potrete raggiungere facilmente e anche a piedi diverse località balneari, oppure fare delle belle passeggiate nella tranquilla campagna tipica siciliana fino al faro di Capo Murro di Porco. La casa ha inoltre il vantaggio della presenza del gestore, che abita in un appartamento separato annesso alla casa.

Plemmyrium is a beautiful residence to spend nice moments in front of the sea. The Villa, for 6 people, it has a kitchen, 3 bedrooms sea view, living room, 2 bathrooms, a portico terrace seaview. Upstairs there is an independent apartment for 2 people max with an additional cost. The house is surrounded by a unique atmosphere and silence. The garden, with aromatic Mediterranean plants, includes a relax area with deck chairs and swimming pool as well as barbecue and laundry room.
