Flatlet by the sea

The house overlooks the Irish sea facing south/south west at the front and overlooking a tennis court (public) and golf course at the rear. Views are special with great walks on your doorstep. The house is a 15 minute walk to the village centre and under 10 minutes brisk walk to the local Pub. The suite is on the ground floor at the rear of the house with its own access. Small Inflatable beds can be provided for up to 2 at a small extra charge. Food available on a self service basis as agreed.

Margaret is our fantastic shepherd’s hut

Our cute and cosy shepherd's hut gives you the best of both worlds. Hidden in a green oasis next to a waterfall and near the beach, the hut is just a short walk from Laxey's pubs, restaurants and shops. Our hut has a full size double bed with a proper premium mattress, a bathroom with all the facilities and a fully equipped living area that gives cooking, eating and sitting space. Our hut is a tiny house, not a big tent- all that you need is cleverly fitted into a stylish, cosy hideaway for two.

With panoramic views of Laxey Bay, our newly restored gem combines traditional Manx cottage comfort and contemporary boutique design, sleeping up to 4 guests. Relax on the south facing terrace with a morning coffee, unwind in the cedar hot tub and watch the sailing boats whilst enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets.

The hot tub by the waterfall-inclusive facilities

Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

Ground floor 2 bedroom Penthouse Apt

This apartment is huge with many period features and boasts a massive lounge with log burner and bay window and quite possibly the largest sofa you will ever see. There is a well equipped galley kitchen, separate office area, dining area and 2 further seating areas. Upstairs there is a main bedroom with en suite shower room and a second bedroom with a separate luxury bathroom. It sleeps 4 adults / children. The en-suite has 1 King size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

A charming rustic cottage, you will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located charming cottage. Within 100 metres of the beach & shops. 2 minute walk to the restaurants and pubs. Ground floor consists of living area with log burner, breakfast room, kitchen and 1 Double Bedroom. A lovely private sunny south facing rear garden. Upstairs; 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and bathroom with shower. Booking for TT 14 night minimum stay. No exceptions.

The Mill House & Grounds for Groups or Events

Set among woodland, glen and garden, the Mill House is an ideal location for groups of up to 10 or, if using the additional space in the adjacent Stables cottage, 14 guests. The ground floor features a spacious 5x11m drawing room, a conservatory, and a kitchen/dining room. Each of the five bedrooms enjoys an ensuite bathroom. Outdoors, guests can relax on a sandstone terrace, sit around a firepit, play on an acre of lawn or stroll along a scenic glen to a private rock pool.

The Annex

Spacious private Annex to family home in quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Douglas. Host lives at the linked family home so some noise will travel through locked access. A half hour walk/10-minute drive to central Douglas and 5 minute drive to Nobles Hospital. Beautiful hill views and private off-road parking. Comfortable property with access to private established garden, with seating and fire pit. Use of gym is at own risk, owner accepts no liability.
