A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. Selvabella in Chianti B&B Il Riccio

Selvabella is a farmhouse situated in the heart of Tuscany, half way between Greve and Panzano in Chianti. Just 35 km from Florence and Siena it is a perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Chianti. Il Riccio is an apartment of 45 m². It has a double bedroom with AC, a living-room/bedroom with two sofas/ single beds and equipped with a tower fan, a large bathroom and a kitchenette (fridge, sink, small oven and 2 burners gasfire). It is the perfect place for lovers of nature, cooking and pottery.

Central Cottage, garden and private parking

This small cottage of 55 mq is located on the edge of the historic center of Florence, near the central train station, the riversides and the main roads which connect the city center to the airport and the highways. It is located within the garden of the main house where I live and it has a pleasant garden where guests can relax and a safe private parking. Guests can reach the heart of the historic center and its monuments with a 10-15 minute walk along the beautiful Florentine riversides.

A 3 minuti di macchina dal paese (Langhirano) dotato di tutti i servizi (bar, ristoranti, supermercati). Silenziosa ed immersa nel verde. 20 km da Parma. Parcheggio gratuito. Il vostro alloggio si trova al piano terra della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. Il parcheggio ed il giardino sono invece condivisi con noi ;) Non sono presenti altri ospiti nella struttura.
