The small house, which sleep 3 people, has been carefully restored and joined together and it is not only comfortable but stylishly and artistically furnished. The house sits on the side of Mount Neritos, completely surrounded by terraces of trees, and the stillness is only broken by goat bells that float on the air, cicadas that rattle, and the sea that murmurs just below. The position of the house offers dramatic views and breathtaking sunsets, and Kandiliotika is perfect for those looking for a hidden retreat for painting, writing, composing, yoga, snorkelling, swimming, reading, relaxation and renewal. Ithaca is a beautiful, rugged and untouched place which welcomes visitors with its simple pleasures. Details on the area surrounding the property/accommodation The island is dramatically beautiful, rugged, relatively undeveloped, green and mountainous with steep blue indented bays and charming little harbours. It’s a small workaday place, never a land of plenty, and even its gradual tourism has not really stemmed the de-population. But it has magnetism, a natural grace, and an energy-giving power which draws in those who need renewal, uplift and inspiration in their lives. Don’t miss a climb at sunset above Exoghi (Out of Earth) to the monastery on the summit, to witness the 360 degree view across the shipping-routes and islands of this archipelago. Ithaca is just a short boat ride from Cephalonia which is just as beautiful and well worth a visit. You will need a car. Nearest beach and and shopping area 3 minutes drive.

This lovely four bedroom villa with breathtaking views over the Ionian Sea is located in the traditional village of Stavros, a hidden gem in northern Ithaca. A cool, comfortable and clean space with free wifi, two balconies and a big terrace. Here you live among olive tree hills and hiking trails – close to all attractions on the island. It's a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Ionian Sea, Polis Bay Beach, and the main square of Stavros with cafes, restaurants and markets.

Το κατάλυμα είναι δύο επιπέδων μεζονέτα εμβαδού 75 τ.μ. χωρητικότητας έως 5 ατόμων. Είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες, ζευγάρια, μικρές ομάδες. Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο Βαθύ προσφέροντας εκπληκτική θέα στο λιμάνι. Απολαύστε το γεύμα σας και χαλαρώστε στις μεγάλες πλακόστρωτες αυλές, κάτω από αιωνόβιες ελιές. Στην ιδιοκτησία υπάρχει γκαράζ μιας θέσης, το οποίο παραχωρείται δωρεάν στους επισκέπτες τις ημέρες άφιξης και αναχώρησης. Τις άλλες μέρες εύκολα δωρεάν στάθμευση δίπλα στο σπίτι.

It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

A lovely traditional new house in Perachori with a view of the village and the mount above, for four people , two bedrooms ,one bath a kitchen with oven ,refrigerator , coffe e machine and a living room with fireplace, Tv , air conditioning and WiFi. The plot is 2 squere meters with outdoor furniture , BBQ , parking and one entrance with gate. With every reservation you charged with tax for the climate change wich is 8€/day and it is payed to the Airbnb platform .

Villa Marika's Studio

A spacious lovely studio fully equipped with its own entrance, kitchen, small seating area, bathroom and storage space. It can accommodate from 1 up to 4 people. On street level but very quiet. Close to the town centre, sea front, bars & cafes. Guests under 6 years old do not pay (do not include them in the total number of guests when booking).
