The place is brand new, spacious, unique and full of modern style. This is a backyard guesthouse with 1 King size bedroom, kitchenette, 1 bathroom and laundry room. We are 6 minutes from downtown Athens and Stadium. **This place DOES NOT HAVE A STOVE** It does have an electric griddle for making breakfast, an Air Fryer/Rotisserie and a microwave. There is also a full size fridge and farmhouse sink. Pictures don't do it justice. We have doorbell and outside cameras monitoring front & backyard.

Perfect space for 1-2 guests. Pets welcome. We won’t bother you but can be available for questions or issues if needed. You may see us letting our dog out from time to time.

We are an easy drive (15 miles) to Athens/UGA, 5 miles from I-85, 2 miles to the closest grocery store, yet your stay here will feel like you've escaped to the country. This is a very peaceful living area that was built for my wife’s parents we brought from Puerto Rico after the hurricane wiped out everything.
