You’ll love my place because it sets on a 50 acre beautiful horse farm with QUIET and RELAXING indoor/outdoor spaces, fishing pond, riding trails, and comfy Queen bed. My place is good for couples, solo/business travelers and couples with children. Location is excellent! This upscale neighborhood is near everything, the military base, very close to the best restaurants Jacksonville has to offer! Plus not far from the beach too! This home has all amenities such as fireplace, dining/living room, jet tub in master bedroom, covered front porch with rocking chairs, bar area, full dining room &, private screened in back porch facing the peaceful woods, gas fire pit, gas grill, huge fenced in deck & enjoy private hottub overlooking the woods!

We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

“Down by the Bay” is a great place to call home regardless of how short your stay! This home sits in a family friendly neighborhood that is in walking distance to Wilson Bay Park, Sturgeon City and the Riverwalk area of downtown Jacksonville.
