This spacious, city chic, 10 ft high ceiling loft like upscale one bedroom duplex(650 sq ft) w/ a beautifully manicured private backyard(590 sq ft) is inside the boutique condo building in the trendy Brooklyn Bushwick neighborhood. With 24/7 convenient access to a variety of different cafe, organic store, restaurant, bar, supermarket and Laundromat. Blocks away from JMZ express train @ Myrtle Ave & Broadway and 10-25 mins train ride to Lower (Soho, lower Eastside, Tribeca…) and Midtown Manhattan

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

Located in Canarsie, Brooklyn, this is an updated cozy and bright apartment that is walking distance to bars, restaurants, night-life, supermarkets, Canarsie Pier, and public transportation including an express bus to Manhattan (BM2 runs Mon -Sat), 30 minutes to Manhattan by L train, and 15 minutes to JFK airport by car. NYC requires property owners to be in the same dwelling. This is a two family house and the host resides on the property. Guest have full access to the apartment.
