Relax and enjoy this peaceful getaway in Jamesville, NY. A short drive from downtown, this house has everything you need to live, work or get settled in Central New York. With four bedrooms and 2.5 baths, the house is suitable for a large family. (And the Jamesville-Dewitt school district is considered one of the best local school districts.) The house sits on a 9-acre property that also includes an attached apartment, a second house (which we also list on Airbnb), and tons of trees and deer.

Strathmore Contemporary Home

Completely remodeled 1920’s home in the Strathmore neighborhood of Syracuse. The property is centrally located near a beautiful park with biking and running trails. Located minutes to downtown, close to Community General and Upstate Hospital’s, and ten minutes to Syracuse University. The owners live in the other half of the home, enjoy hosting guests, and meticulously maintaining the property. The house is a side-by-side duplex with 1700 sq ft. on each side with separate front/back entrances.

Apartment near SU & Wescott

The space occupies the entire third floor of our house, which has been completely remodeled of our Victorian house in the University neighborhood. We are a mile from SU campus and Carrier Dome. The Wescott Theatre is a block away. A block away from Wescott Street with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. This is a private space on the third floor with a shared entrance through our house. Newly remodeled bedrooms, kitchen, full bathroom and more! We have Zoey, our dog, that is a sweetheart.

Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Carriage house studio/book nook

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

Full coffee bar, with pour over coffee, drip and keurig, and espresso machine. Sleeps 6,has 5 beds.

This beautiful home is conveniently located less than a mile from Syracuse University. Located in a quiet neighborhood with nearby park and off- street parking. 505 Fellows is rumored to be the first house built on the street by Mr .Fellows himself, an architect. The house is beautifully restored with original woodwork. Please note this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Enjoy the great deck, but not after 10 pm. No parties allowed.

This is Country Quiet that is also centrally located. We are in between Syracuse and Cortland, NY (15 miles to both off Interstate 81.) You will be put to sleep by bullfrogs and crickets but be able to hop on the highway and reach many destinations. For vacationers, we are at the edge of the Fingerlakes about 20 miles from Skaneateles, NY. Whether passing through or here for a short stay, our place will provide comfort and quiet.
