Back 40 access is at the end of our street! Our cozy home gives you the choice to be in action: biking, hiking + exploring the local coffee culture/restaurants or to relax: listen to nature or read a book on the couch/outside. Full kitchen for cooking. Bike storage is in the backyard shed (we provide the key). Smart TV has Netflix only but you can log into your other accounts. No basic cable. *absolutely NO pets; we are allergic. NO smoking/parties on property please. This is our zen house.

Short drive to the freeway and world class bike trails. Oz bike park is 17 mins. Quiet cul-de-sac location.

This newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow is conveniently located near all things beautiful Northwest Arkansas has to offer. Direct access to Little Sugar bike trail is only 0.2 miles away. Take advantage of the 7 area lakes, over 100 miles of biking and hiking trails, golf courses, pools, local eateries, shopping, and so much more. This is the place from which to launch your adventures. After a busy day of exploring, kick back and cozy up at the Basecamp. We look forward to having you!

Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake. We are within 10-45 minutes of most everything in NW Arkansas. Come enjoy a relaxing and private getaway.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay near the Arkansas/Missouri border. Minutes from Bella Vista and Bentonville. This cabin is located in The Greenes Campground and RV park and the cabin sits right on the creek so its elevated. you'll have to climb some stairs to come in but once you're here you won't wanna leave. We can get you on and off the water in our kayaks or yours. Bring your fishing poles, bikes for the trails, and let's have some fun.
