It has Ralph Lauren deep brown carpet on the stairs and in the bedroom/office and polished concrete on the main level. There is also remote controlled blinds on the main windows and skylights. Access to the whole area described in the Summary. I can be available 24/7 at least the first and last day of their stay. Though likely at all times. The South of Market (SoMa) neighborhood has a lot of restaurants, bars and night clubs to enjoy. It is also very close to the Moscone Center. 3 1/2 blocks away from Civic Center BART/Muni Station. 20 minute walk to downtown. 4 blocks away from Moscone Center. 20 minute walk to AT&T Park SoMa is a hip neighborhood with a ton of restaurants to choose from, bars and night clubs, start-up companies around, close to the Moscone Center.

Our inviting room with its own private entrance and private bath, mini-fridge and coffee/tea making essentials is in our Victorian home IN the city. Walk to the Fillmore, many of the best restaurants in SF, and Japantown, or hop a bus to anywhere in SF. In Nov 2024, we installed Google Mesh, giving guest fast upload and download speeds to facilitate virtual meetings in the suite.
