Remodeled Classic Condominium Comfort near Duboce Park

Perfectly situated, remodeled 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath Condominium with easy access to all of San Francisco's best parks, cafes, restaurants and shopping districts. This quiet, centrally located condo is part of a 2-unit building on a small, tree-lined, 2-block long street. It's a 1/2 block from a picturesque neighborhood park, minutes from a long list of great bars and restaurants, and several public transportation options (e.g. San Francisco's historic street cars, and underground subway). A classic San Francisco one-bedroom with a full dining room, living room, kitchen and bath. One could consider this a 'luxury' rental, but really it's just a nice, quiet, comfortable place to call home. Guests have full access to the condo (including laundry, Netflix, HBO). We are most often available via text, email, and phone during your stay. If we are not available for some reason, you will have access to our handyman who lives across the street. The condo is situated conveniently between the Haight, Mission, and Castro districts in one of the most beautiful and accessible neighborhoods in the city. It's just steps away from Duboce Park and some of the city's best attractions and restaurants. There are multiple public transportation options within blocks of the condo. The N-Judah, J-Church, and underground are 1-block away so you can head to the beach easily or be downtown in 10-15 minutes. Taxis/Ubers/Lyfts can get you to most parts of the city in less than 15 minutes, as well. If you have a car, there is street parking only though it's not too challenging to find a spot within a few close blocks. The bedroom has a brand new, king-sized premium Simmons Beautyrest mattress. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi soaking tub.

This large 3-room suite is part of my home, but is private, separate and locked off from the rest of the residence. There's a private entrance to your suite from the building lobby. Suite includes a dining/sitting area with dining/work table, sofa (opens to queen bed), TV and tiny patio. French doors separate this room from huge light-filled primary bedroom (with king bed). Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

Guest Suite in PacHeights, Japantown & Fillmore St

Our one-bedroom basement space comes with a large bedroom with a California king-size bed, a living room with a queen sofa bed, and a full bath and a wet bar with a compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave, mini dishwasher, toaster oven & sink. We don't recommend the place for four adults (the sofa bed can feel cramped) but it's great for people traveling with young kids. We live upstairs and try to be quiet but you may hear us.

Our inviting room with its own entrance and private bath, mini-fridge and coffee/tea making essentials is in our Victorian home IN the city. Walk to the Fillmore, many of the best restaurants in SF, and Japantown, or hop a bus to anywhere in SF. In Nov 2024, we installed Google Mesh, giving guest super fast upload and download speeds to facilitate virtual meetings in the suite.
