Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend in Maslenica. Hier könnt ihr wunderbar entspannen und die Zeit im Pool genießen. Der Strand genauso wie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. An der Promenade könnt ihr bei einem Cocktail in einer herrlichen Bar die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Der Kieselstrand in Maslenica ist für Kinder geeignet und bietet auch eine Vielzahl an Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten sowie kulinarische Angebote.

Note: we are following the cleaning protocol! The house and it's outdoors space that our guests use are completely separated from all public access. It offers full privacy and seclusion, while enjoying both interior and various exterior areas within the complex. The house is in the center of old town, originally built in 1813, and was owned by a noble family Vlatkovic-Kontini. Newly renovated, it offers comfort and amenities needed for enjoyable vacation.

Apartman ce vas osvojiti na prvi pogled , a pogled koji se širi iz boravka , kuhinje i sa terase okrenut je prema moru. Boravak u apartmanu je vrlo ugodan zbog klime ali i pozicije. Otvoren je 365 dana u godini. Pri dizajniranju apartmana gledali smo da je apartman praktican i stiliziran.

My private beach house

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
