Have your morning coffee on the front porch rocking chairs and take in the surroundings. This is a quiet place to relax, no parties please :)

Separate windowed bedroom with new full size mattress. Full size gas stove, microwave, fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and large tiled counter and sink. Full bath off bedroom with large clawfoot tub and shower combination and sink and brand new toilet. Wifi , flat screen Smart TV. Vintage cast iron fireplace with electric insert.

We recently rebuilt the entire interior of an old brick building and imagined the first floor (*** the entrance is at the back of our house***) as a guest unit for our friends & family during visits. When we do not have friends & family visiting, we are offering this space to you! We are architects by training and have placed our aesthetic energy in making this unit modern but also cozy.

Cosy Catskill Casita in the Middle of Village

The Casita is a studio apartment comfortable for solo travellers, couples or just two folks who don't mind sharing a bed! We’ve endeavored to make it a comfortable stay for a weekend or even longer, with all basic amenities, a queen size bed, standing shower bathroom, and kitchenette. Although it is an apartment on the ground floor of my house, you will have your privacy with a separate entrance off of the driveway which is for guest use during the stay.

Catskill Village House - The Loft

Perfect for a couple or solo traveler, The Loft is an easy and open space that evokes the playfulness and creativity of a treehouse. A cathedral ceiling, light-filled dormer, original art, and custom accents inspire the imagination. Located on the 3rd floor, the room includes a kitchenette and dining area with private bathroom and shower located at the base of the stairs. Custom queen mattress (featured at the Four Seasons NYC) organic cotton sheets.

Historic Hudson Cottage

A historic hideaway built in 1737 nestled just outside the city of Hudson. Featuring a full kitchen, spacious living room and bath on the main floor and a lofted, light-filled bedroom on the second. Enjoy evenings nestled by the wood stove, or get out and explore the four acre property. The city of Hudson is an easy 5 minute drive, take in the Hudson food and drink scene and explore the dozens of antique stores. We look forward to welcoming you!

Best of Both Worlds! Nature in the Village!

Country in the village! Lovely and cozy 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage on Catskill Creek. Convenient to all the area has to offer. 15 minute drive to Hudson. 10 minute WALK to heart of Catskill Village restaurants, shops, etc. Located on a beautiful dead-end street with your host next door. Relax on the porches, or walk through the yard down to the creek. Due to health issues, we cannot accommodate any animals at the house. Price is for 2 guests.
