Note NO PETS, NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND, or loud parties this is a quiet and family-oriented neighborhood. Park on the driveway or curb only! We must know about ALL VISITORS!

There are two numbered parking spaces located in front of unit. A community pool is in the center of the complex, which is a very short walk. The outdoor shower is great when returning from the beach or pool. The front storage shed contains beach chairs, coolers and bicycles for guest use.
