BOAT HOUSE DESCRIPTION. The Boat House at Sussex Inlet is a family friendly home, in a prime position on the waterfront with a boat jetty and unbelievable water views. The Boat House will provide you with a great holiday location designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Features of this amazing property include open plan living with large entertaining deck with barbecue & fire pit, easy walking distance to the town centre. All linen is supplied at no extra cost. Kayaks with lifejackets available

John & Michelle's Holiday House.

The front of the unit looks out to the boat ramp reserve with large trees and some filtered views of St Georges Basin. The boat ramp, jetty and fish cleaning table are just across the road, this area also includes public toilets and childrens playground. Just down the road you will find a cafe/ shop and further from there is Palm Beach which is great for the kids, fishing, kayaking etc. It is a great place to relax and unwind and only 10 minute drive to Hyams Beach. Recently renovated whole house that is so close to a shallow, safe beach, new boat ramp, corner shop and cafe and scenic walks with plentiful bird life and kangaroos.It is a 10 minute drive to pristine Hyams Beach and the many, many other white sand beaches of Jervis Bay. Accommodation is bright and light and would fit 4 easily and 5 if you wish. There is free Wi-Fi and off street parking for 2 cars. It is a very quiet neighborhood and owners may be onsite on occasions in separate accommodation.

The spacious hardwood (Jarrah) decks overlooks our contemporary style new concrete heated pool and BBQ area. The units have off street parking, with space for boat trailer to be stored. Only 50m walk to the waterfront, and Convenient store next door. We are also 5 minute walk to the Town Center or RSL club.
