The villa, built in June 2016, is in a new gated secure community, and is set over 435m2 and 2 levels with a 10m private pool. We have 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including one master on the second level and two bedrooms on the ground level by the pool. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in every room, wifi, laundry, sound system, and a 49" Samsung Smart TV. We can arrange several services for you in the villa based on availability at extra costs. These include high quality spa treatments, a private chef to come cook any meal for you, a private driver (English, Chinese, Russian, Spanish speaker upon availability), and an experienced and certified yoga instructor. In addition, our host can also help with cooking classes, babysitting services, surf classes, diving and snorkeling and fishing tours, and other local activities. Just ask us for recommendations! :) • Layout with separate bedrooms for total privacy in each bedroom. Perfect for family or group of friends. • For larger groups we can assist on accommodation in similar villas in the same complex • Closed AC living room and kitchen with garden views • Kitchen is fully equipped for our guests to enjoy cooking and gathering. There are also great restaurants nearby and we often dine out for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. If you would prefer full or partial catering, this can be provided at an additional cost. We can arrange also free food delivery from the near restaurants. Just ask your host in advance. Complimentary drinking wáter, coffee and tea is provided. • Bedrooms are fully equipped with same standards. Big Wardrobe with safety box, make-up desk and laptop desk. Comfortable space. Lounges and outdoor dining set up included. • The laundry is fully equipped and easy to use. However, if you would like this done for you, it can also be arranged at an additional cost. Just ask to your host in advance. • Private parking free of charge • Being part of a gated estate with security 24 hours, our villa is quiet and private, yet surrounding the estate is a busy and thriving village which lets you experience the local culture and atmosphere. • Guests have exclusive use of all of the villa. A selection of fresh fruit, welcome drink and others snacks will be provided upon your arrival. Tika will also meet you at the time of your departure. Jimbaran is a tranquil and traditional Balinese fishing village, not heavily commercialised like some areas are. The beach can be almost deserted during the day, but comes alive with locals and visitors in the afternoon and into the evening. • Bali is called the “Island of the Gods”. Get out and about and experience it. • Driving is easy with a bit of common sense. We prefer to rent a car. Just ask your host and she can advise on some options without a driver or with a driver for all or some of the days of your stay. Having a private driver is recommended for long day trips. • Bluebird Taxis are available everywhere. They are reliable, metered and low cost. You can book a taxi by calling them directly or via loading their app onto your phone. Bluebird Taxis are so convenient that it is not worth bothering with people offering “transport” and risk being scammed. • Subject to bookings, we are happy to allow early check-in and/or late check out. Garden and pool maintenance included. • Note that Indonesia requires a passport valid for more than 6 month to allow entrance to the country.
