Freshly renovated studio room, blonded timber, quality modern fit out and restful decor make this room a pleasure to reside in. Complete with kitchenette, located in the same space as bedroom (see pics) seperate bathroom across a small covered gangway and outdoor furniture on the rear of our reserve front property just a 2 min walk from the beach. Lil Hamptons

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Created with flair & love by its on-site hosts, offering the traveller a modern, luxury, self-contained option to busy motels/hotels ensuring a great nights sleep after a busy day. Centrally located, within a short walk to launch your kayak in one of the canals, or alternatively a short flat cycle or drive to gorgeous Buffalo beach, the town center with its assortment of cafes, restaurants, shops etc, only a couple of minutes commute.

A completely renovated light, modern, airy, private studio space equipped with everything to make your stay perfect. The space is tastefully decorated with brand new furnishings. The property features 3 rooms with beach views, a very large open living area and expansive deck perfect for a BBQ. The house is naturally sheltered from the predominant westerly wind meaning you can make the most of the outdoor space. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and the stream provides safe swimming areas for children.

Kapowai Cabin

Cosy cabin overlooking orchard & native bush. Ideal as a base to explore the area or an overnight stay. Set on a small farm 15 minutes drive from Whitianga & Hot Water, Hahei or Cathedral Cove beaches. Our sunny cabin has a comfortable queen bed, en suite bathroom, covered deck & parking, set adjacent to our house. Tea, coffee and continental breakfast for your first morning are provided in the cabin. Please note due to limited space two people max (no additional infants).

The Lookout

The Lookout is a stand alone guest cabin located on an elevated private 10 acre property just 5 minutes drive to Cooks Beach. Situated next to regenerating bush, it offers views through to Mercury Bay Winery, the Purangi Estuary & beyond to Mercury Bay itself. Entirely self contained, The Lookout is lined with warm natural timbers and has a comfortable queen size bed. It also has a private deck area perfect for morning coffees, BBQs, stargazing and bird watching.
