Let the brand new Green Garden House be your base for your holiday in the Faroe Islands. Everything you desire is only a few minutes away, but if you would rather drink your coffee or wine at home, it has a nice garden and roof-top terrase and is placed right next to a green area with a monument and viewpoint over central Tórshavn. You can enjoy your morning coffee greeting the grazing sheep right outside the window and have a sunset night cap enjoying the view over Tórshavn.

New renovated apartment with bright colors situated close to scenic areas. Only 1 min to free bus service to the whole of Tórshavn. The apartment has its own entrance and is 56 m2 with one bedroom, one bathroom and kitchen and living room in one. The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and a travel cot for small children if wanted. Lovely little cottage in a quiet environment, while still only a 25 min walk to the city center of Tórshavn. Free busses drive to the center and the stop is only a 8 min walk away. There are horses, sheep, geese and hens right outside. P.S. This place does not have a formal address. The location on the photo by google maps is correct, but the name of the address is not. Denne særlige bolig er meget velisoleret og varm, og den er udstyret med gulvvarme , sum er meget behageligt og varmt i kolde temperaturer. Den ligger tæt på havet og for enden af en blind vej. Boligen er totalt 20 m2, og er et rum med køkken og senge plus et moderne badeværelse med bruser med masser af varmt vand. Der er bageovn og kogeplader, emhætte. Køleskab med indbygget fryser og ellers alt almindeligt køkkenudstyr.

The cottage stands very close to the sea with a view of the fjord, the nearby marina and Torshavn. The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. The kitchen and living room are combined in one room on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom are on the 1. Floor.

Experience this newly built boathouse located right by the seafront and only 100 m from a grocery store, local bakery/cafe, public svimming/spa hall and public busses. The boathouse is 50 m2 + a loft equipped with all modern conveniences.
