You have your choice of 3 king beds Or up to 6 extra tall twin beds in our spacious 2 bedroom triplex located at mile 103 Sterling Highway. Our apartment is in the basement of our home. Located close to Kenai or Soldotna. You have your own private entrance and heater. There are 3 twin beds and 1 queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. We offer freezer space for your fish. We live in a peaceful neighborhood with the occasional visit from a moose, eagle or even caribou. This is a no smoking facility. You are welcome to smoke outside, but not inside. Pot smoking is NOT ALLOWED on the property.

The Kenai River runs through town and the location can serve as a traveler's base to go 71 miles to scenic Homer; 35 miles to Captain Cook State Recreational Park; 40 miles from Cooper Landing; and 62 miles to Seward.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
